If Ayurveda kept a shelf of its greatest classics, Triphala would sit at eye level. The name simply means "three fruits" — Amla (Indian gooseberry), Haritaki and Bibhitaki — combined in the classical proportion that the old texts describe. An ancient saying goes that one who takes Triphala walks with the energy of the young; hyperbole, perhaps, but the reverence is real and many centuries deep.
Triphala has been traditionally used in Ayurveda to support healthy digestion and the body's natural daily rhythm — most commonly taken as a simple evening ritual: half a teaspoon in warm water, some time after dinner.
We grind whole, sun-dried fruits in small batches in the classical way — no extracts, no fillers, just the three fruits. Always Limited, as tradition itself would have wanted.
Amla (Emblica officinalis), Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) and Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica) fruit powders in the classical proportion. No fillers, additives or preservatives.
Mix ½ teaspoon in a glass of warm water and drink in the evening, an hour or more after dinner. The taste is honestly astringent — a squeeze of honey softens it. If you are pregnant, nursing or under medical treatment, please consult your physician before starting any Ayurvedic routine.
