By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the terms below. They exist to keep things fair for both of us.

Our products

Our products are handmade in small batches, so slight variations in colour, texture and aroma between batches are natural — part of their charm, not a defect. Product images are indicative; the batch you receive may differ slightly from the photograph.

Wellness disclaimer

Our products are traditional Ayurvedic and natural personal-care and food items. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements on this site describe traditional use only. Please patch-test personal-care products before first use, and consult your physician if you are pregnant, nursing, on medication, or have a known medical condition. Products marked "for external use only" must never be consumed. Food products carry allergen and best-before information on their labels — please read them.

Pricing & payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹), inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is accepted online via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets). We do not offer Cash on Delivery at present. In the rare case of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel and fully refund the affected order before dispatch.

Orders & cancellation

An order is confirmed only after successful payment. If a payment fails or is abandoned, any deducted amount is auto-refunded by your bank/Razorpay per their timelines. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled; our Refund & Return Policy then applies.

Accounts & fair use

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. We may decline or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, abusive or intended for unauthorised resale.

Content & reviews

Reviews you submit may be displayed on the site after moderation. Please keep them honest and about the product. All site content — text, photographs, logos and the MantraShakti lotus mark — belongs to us and may not be reused without written permission.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
