Privacy Policy

Your trust matters more to us than any sale. This page explains, in plain words, what information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Order details — your name, phone, email and delivery address, so we can deliver your order and send you updates about it.
Account details — if you create an account: your saved addresses, wishlist and order history.
Messages — anything you send us through the contact form, reviews you submit, or your email address if you join our newsletter.
Website usage — pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device/browser information and interactions such as product views, scrolling and purchases. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, delivery addresses or payment details to Analytics.

What we never do

We never see or store your card, UPI or banking details — payments are handled entirely by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Payment data goes directly from you to Razorpay.
We never sell or rent your personal information to anyone. Full stop.

How we use your information

To process and deliver your orders, respond to your queries, prevent fraud, improve the website and — only if you subscribed — send occasional emails about new batches and offers. Every such email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes one click.

Who we share it with

Only the minimum needed to serve you: the courier company receives your name, address and phone to deliver your parcel, Razorpay processes your payment, and Google Analytics receives limited pseudonymous website-usage data so we can understand which pages and products are useful. We have disabled Google Signals and advertising-personalisation signals in our site configuration. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to remember your cart and keep you signed in. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure visits and interactions. You can block or clear non-essential cookies using your browser settings; essential store functions may require session cookies.

Data security

Our store runs on HTTPS, passwords are stored only as secure one-way hashes, and access to order data is restricted to the people who pack and ship your orders.

Your rights

Want a copy of your data or a correction? Write to [email protected] and we will do it — no forms, no fuss.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself, at any time, without asking us:

On this website — sign in, then go to My Account → Profile → Close Your Account.
In the mobile app — Account → Delete Account.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. It removes your profile, your saved addresses and your wishlist, takes your name off any reviews you have written (they remain as “Verified buyer”), and stops all WhatsApp marketing to you.

Orders you have already placed are kept, with your account detached from them. Indian tax law requires us to retain invoices, so those records cannot be deleted — but they are no longer linked to a login, and we do not use them to contact you again.

If you signed in with Google you may not have a password yet. Set one first using “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen, then delete your account. If you would rather we did it for you, write to [email protected].
