Shipping Policy

Every order is hand-packed at our workshop in Chinhat, Lucknow, with the same care that goes into making the products themselves.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. As a small-batch brand we pack each order manually — a festival rush may occasionally add a day, and if it does, we will keep you informed.

Delivery

We ship across India. Most orders arrive within 3–7 days of dispatch, depending on your pincode. The moment your order ships, you receive an email with the courier name and tracking number, and you can check progress anytime on our Track Order page.

Shipping charges

Shipping is FREE on all orders above ₹499. For orders below that, a flat fee of ₹49 applies — always shown clearly at checkout before you pay, never after.

Delays beyond our hands

Weather, festivals and remote pincodes can occasionally slow a courier down. If your parcel seems stuck, write to us with your order number — we will chase it from our end, and we do not consider an order finished until it is in your hands.
