1. Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• Product damaged during transit
• Wrong item delivered
• Expired product received
• Packaging tampered or leaking

Returns are not accepted for taste preferences or personal dislike.

2. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

• Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos and unboxing video of outer package, product label, and damage issue

After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund to the original payment method.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval
• Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method
• COD orders: Bank transfer or UPI after verification

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Opened food products
• Used health and beauty products
• Herbal powders once opened
• Products damaged due to improper storage

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable. In case of company fault, we will bear the replacement shipping cost.

7. Natural Product Disclaimer

• 100% natural and organic products
• Free from chemicals and preservatives
• Color, taste, aroma, and texture may vary slightly between batches
